Most homeowners do not realize that every manufacturer of furnace and air conditioner systems recommends a scheduled routine maintenance.  More importantly, most homeowners do not realize every manufacturer warranty states that the homeowner is required to maintain their equipment or the warranty may become void, and if a claim is to be made they want proof of contracts and/or receipts.  The small investment in a preventative maintenance agreement for your home system(s) is an investment in optimal system performance and security. Please take a moment to look at AIR QUALILTY HEATING AND AIR LLC's Preventative Maintenance Plans and Service, and remember to keep copies of contracts and receipts.

Planned Maintenance Service:

Heating and air conditioning problems can double operating costs.  That's why AIR QUALITY HEATING AND AIR LLC offers a heating/air conditioning service plan that helps you save money and keep your systems up and running to their maximum efficiency.  Every six months, our plans provide you with a multiple point inspection of your heating and air conditioning equipment.  Scheduled preventative maintenance is designed to not only keep your equipment running at maximum efficiency, but to provide both you and our technicians with the opportunity to detect and eliminate potential problems before they become big problems.  We recommend preventative maintenance service be performed in the Spring and Fall (before each season of peak usage).
